CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with our service you will need to place in writing your complaint direct to MACH Creative Director Claire Hanson within 12 hrs of the booking for her consideration, in order to resolve the matter. After this time, retrials, or cancellations without charges are solely at our discretion.

A deposit of 20% is required for Weddings within 5 workings days immediately following the trial.

Reducing Service: You are required to give a minimum of 1 calender months notice should you wish to reduce the number of people having Make up &/or Hair or beauty treatments already booked on your wedding day. After such time the full amount for services cancelled will still be payable by the specified due date.

All private booking fees must be paid in full 5 working days prior to the booking date.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking and securing a MACH Master Class date, and this is non-refundable should you decided to cancel.

The balance of your Master Class must be made within 2 weeks of the class start date.
